Surviving Tough Times Part 11 – Marketing Yourself

On January 29th, RIAR hosted Surviving Tough Times Part 11, “Marketing Yourself”.

There's an old saying in real estate: you don't sell a house, you sell yourself. At this Tough Times seminar, our panel of marketing experts discussed how to promote yourself amidst steep competition so that present and future clients are well aware of the value that you bring to the transaction. Panelists also addressed issues like - How do you make sure that you're important to your customers? How do you find new clientele and prove your worth to them? How much time and money should you spend on advertising and what marketing tools should you use?

In this economy, it's more important than ever to know how to market yourself!

Panelists included:

  • Karl Martone, RE/MAX Properties (Moderator)
  • Allen Gammons, Prudential Gammons Realty
  • Sussy DeLeon, RE/MAX New Horizons
  • Sally Lapides, Residential Properties, Ltd.
  • Joseph Dias, Keller Williams Realty
