There's an old saying in real estate: you don't sell a house, you sell yourself. At this Tough Times seminar, our panel of marketing experts discussed how to promote yourself amidst steep competition so that present and future clients are well aware of the value that you bring to the transaction. Panelists also addressed issues like - How do you make sure that you're important to your customers? How do you find new clientele and prove your worth to them? How much time and money should you spend on advertising and what marketing tools should you use?
